3^rd National Conference

Took place August 22^nd-24^th 2003

At the Univercity of Califonia Los Angeles (UCLA) a near 80 youth participated from the following organizations:

Imagine That (Spartanburg, SC), Youth Venture (Washington, DC), J.U.I.C.E. (Los Angeles, CA), City at Peace (Los Angeles, CA), Alianza Dominicana (New Yourk, NY), Youth Neighborhood Association (Los Angeles, CA), Santa Ana Parks (Santa Ana, CA), Toussant Teen Center (San Diego, CA), and Asian Youth (San Gabriel, CA).
